Man can never forget the good and bad deeds of his life. Rajesh, a rich youth leading luxurious life was not happy with himself. Guilt kept creeping his mind for a mistake he had made in his childhood. Shekher belonged to a poor family and was Rajesh's only true friend. Rajesh supported Shekher financially for his medical studies. Mayadas was the treasurer of Rajesh's wealth and wanted to get his daughter Aarti married to Rajesh. But the situation was very different. Aarti and Meena were both in love with Shekher and Rajesh was in love with Meena. Rajesh wanted to get married to Meena, but Mayadas put doubts in Rajesh's mind about Meena's character and Shekher's relationship with her. Rajesh falls for the conspiracy and wants to get Shekher out of his life. On realization of all this, Shekher convinces Rajesh of Meena's clean and pure character. Rajesh feels ashamed of himself and attempts suicide. Rajesh makes a will in which he assigns his entire property in favor of Meena and Shekher. But Rajesh's fate had something else in store for him. He survives but at the cost of his legs. Meanwhile, Meena convinces Shekher to get married to Aarti. Rajesh returns to see a happily married Shekher and Meena, but is surprised to see Aarti in Meena's place. What happened to Meena? Did they get married?
